Description

This is my dad Marcos M. Barelas a WWII Veteran(Merrill’s Marauders) and is 89 years old.  He too received a pic/postcard from this Chinese girl in Guangdong, China, please see his pic I took with my cell phone.  My dad is very active in Veteran’s  meetings, parades, luncheons, dinners, etc.  Below is a pic I took of him at the WWII Veterans Reunion in Minnesota Thanks, Gil Barelas

    • I'm glad to see him at my senior club,THE ORIGINAL BARIO BOYS CLUB. He made his first meeting the first tuesday of April 2013 and he really enjoyed the meeting since we are the barrio boys from Colonia Villa,Crisol, and he from Englewood. Live there by Rupert st. Of course we have others from Magnolia, second ward, sixth ward, northside,etc.
